Entry For Wednesday 12th March 2008

Hello Again!

I just thought that you'd like to see a couple of photos we took during my appearance on the popular BBC daytime TV show 'Ready Steady Cook'.
I had a great time on the show - especially seeing that I won! (OK, I'll admit that I had just a little help from super-chef James Tanner!)
After the show, I had another picture taken of me when I got back to PWL with my winners plate! I have no idea if it is going to look OK amongs all the gold discs on the studio walls, but I'm certainly going to display it with pride!
The photos feature my old sparring-partner, DJ Neil Fox, along with the show's host, Ainsley Harriott, and the chefs Gino D'Acampo and James Tanner. I'd also like to thank Endemol UK for inviting me along!
